Located in the heart of fast growing western Fairfax, Fair Lakes Urgent Care Center, is an urgent and primary care center founded by Charles I. Okorie, MD.
The goal of this organization is to provide "Quality, Convenient Medical Care", to the residents of Fair Lakes, and it's environs, through highly motivated and qualified staff. We believe our patients, should be treated with dignity, kindness and courtesy, with a sense of value of the patients time.
Outreach programs to the community are a major thrust of this organization, for we believe, "an ounce of prevention, is worth a pound of cure".

Directions

On I-66; take exit 55B onto Fairfax County Pkwy (7100 North). At the first light, make a left (i.e. West) onto Fair Lakes Pkwy. Then at the next traffic light make a left turn onto Shoppes Lane (towards the McDonald Restaurant), next right and an immediate left and you will see "The Shoppes." We are located at 12713 Shoppes Lane.

From Reston or Herndon; travel south on Fairfax County Pkwy and then turn right (West) on Fair Lakes Pkway. Then at the first traffic light turn left onto Shoppes Lane (towards the McDonald Restaurant), next right and an immediate left and you will see "The Shoppes." We are located at 12713 Shoppes Lane.

From Stringfellow Road/Centreville/Chantilly; drive towards the Fair Lakes Shopping Center, turn onto Fair Lakes Pkwy (i.e. East) and continue on it till you see Shoppes Lane and follow the direction as above.

From Dulles Airport/Ashburn/Sterling; travel south on 28, then East on 50 and south on Fairfax County parkway, and then turn right onto Fair Lakes parkway until you see Shoppes Lane on the left and follow the directions as noted above from Shoppes Lane.

From Washington DC/Arlington/National Airport/Tysons Corner; travel west on I-66 and take the exit 55B (7100 North) - Fairfax County Parkway. At the first light, get in the farthest left hand turn lane and turn left onto Fair Lakes Parkway and follow directions as noted above.

From George Mason University; travel west on Braddock Road, then go north on Fairfax County Parkway (7100 North), and then turn left (i.e. west) onto Fair Lakes Parkway. While on Fair Lakes Parkway, turn onto the first traffic light and make a left onto Shoppes Lane and then right, and finally an immediate left onto the shopping center opposite the McDonald Restaurant.
